Nerves are the slowest part of the body to heal. It is better to think in terms of months rather than days/weeks. Patience is needed. Acupuncture and laser therapy is to stimulate nerve regeneration.

Only after conservative crate rest is complete, water therapy and other physical therapy can be started by a clinic or rehabilitation in the home.
